When the mind is silent, concentration is increased and we experience inner peace in the midst of worldly turmoil. This elusive inner peace is what attracts so many people to meditation and is a quality everyone can benefit from.
After each meditation guidance and clarity is provided to understand the individual experience.
This is an open class, suitable to those who are new to meditation as those who are experienced.
The class is held in Inge’s home near Sotogrande.
